Tiverton Gem

Major elevation changes from the bottom of this site to the top, required multiple retaining walls and made access tricky. The site had some beautiful stonework already and a gorgeous new "cottage" and pool. My task was to come up with a Master Plan that brought old and new together and made the site accessible, functional and beautiful. We added large engineered block walls to retain the pool area and allow room for a winding driveway and added fieldstone walls, granite steps and bluestone pavers to blend with the existing stonework. Three years on, it has become a lush oasis.
