Goat Island South Condominiums

Goat Island South (GIS) is a condominium complex on the south end of Goat Island, located in the heart of Newport Harbor. Over a number of years, we have worked with GIS to transform several areas, from the main entrance, to the community pool area, to areas around individual buildings. The salt air and high winds on the island require selective plant choices that can tolerate the elements while adding color and beauty year round.
